Only nine hours time difference between Germany and California? The two seem so far apart, both culturally and geographically. That’s where Berlin based designer & art director Katharina Broeckelmann lives: bridging the gap between the two cultures and creating within it. Designing in a completely unique space with a completely unique view.
Born and raised in Germany, Katharina spend twelve years living and working in San Francisco, CA. She now has her office in trendy Berlin neighborhood Kreuzberg, where she continues to be inspired by the urban art scene and the innovative landscape of entrepreneurial endeavours aka start-ups.
Katharina Broeckelmann is a graduate of the Academy of Art University where she earned her BFA in graphic design. Over the course of her career she has worked with such innovative brands and companies as the ESPN X-Games, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Frito Lay, AT&T and Saatchi & Saatchi.
