Walmart in-store motivational competition, building upon previous internal sustainability initiatives, designed to motivate associates to „Take it to the Aisles“ and promote sustainable product purchases by consumers. Three teams were established, Team Waste Reduction (sponsored by Tide Detergent), Team Energy Conservation (sponsored by GE CFL bulbs), and Team Healthy Hydration (sponsored by PUR Water Filters). Selling tips, motivational tools and inspirational stories were provided via a toolkit of collateral materials delivered to stores nationwide.
